These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access, browsing, or registering for use of koreancheatcode.com (“Website”), educational language courses, coaching programs, downloadable materials (each a “Course” and collectively, the “Courses”), and online community forums whether as a guest or as a registered user of the Website.

The Website is operated by Korean Cheat Code (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing any Course. By using our Website or purchasing our Courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.


1. Accessing and Using Our Courses

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Website. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Website.

⚠️ Violation: We reserve the right to monitor account usage. If we detect suspicious activity (e.g., simultaneous logins from different locations), we may suspend or terminate your access immediately.

3. Purchasing & Payment Terms

  1. Pricing: Fees for Courses | Coaching program are displayed on the Website in the specified currency (GBP).
  2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated on the Website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
  3. Installment Plans (Important):
  • If you choose a monthly payment option for a Course | Coaching program, you acknowledge that this is a payment plan (installment) for the full tuition of the Course, NOT a cancel-anytime subscription.
  • By enrolling, you are legally bound to complete all scheduled payments for the duration of the plan, regardless of your attendance or completion of the Course.

4. Course Content & Access

  1. Access Period: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials for the duration specified in the Course description (e.g., lifetime access or limited-time access for cohort programs).
  2. Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the Course content at any time to ensure the information remains current and effective.
  3. Third-Party Platforms: Some components of our Courses (e.g., community, live sessions) may be hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Discord, Zoom). You agree to comply with the terms of use of such platforms.

5. Refund Policy

This section adheres to our specific Refund Policy page.

  1. Instant Downloads (PDFs/Files): Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds are strictly available for instant download products once they have been downloaded or accessed.
  2. Long-term Courses | Coaching Program (e.g., 4-Month Course):
  • We offer a 14-day risk-free guarantee. You may request a refund within 14 days of the Course | Program start date.
  • After 14 Days: No refunds will be issued. By continuing past this date, you agree to the full commitment of the Course | Program.

6. Cancellation of Payment Plans (Strict Policy)

For courses with Limited Enrollment (Cohort-based courses with feedback):

  1. Binding Commitment: Since your enrollment secures a limited spot that includes personal feedback, you are responsible for the full tuition fee.
  2. Mid-Course Cancellation: We generally do not allow cancellations of payment plans after the 14-day refund period.
  3. Exception: In extreme circumstances, if we agree to cancel your remaining payments as a one-time exception:
  • Your access to all Course materials, community, and feedback will be revoked immediately.
  • No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
  • You may be restricted from enrolling in future programs.

7. User Conduct

We prioritize a positive and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any student from the Course or Community without refund if they:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other students or staff.
  • Post spam, promotional content, or irrelevant material.
  • Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. "As Is" Basis: The Courses and Website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  2. Educational Purpose: The Courses are for educational purposes only. We cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., passing a specific exam, fluency level) as language learning depends on individual effort.
  3. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korean Cheat Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
